License Terms & Usage Rights

Welcome to CocoMocha Digital Media! Below you'll find a breakdown of how you can (and can’t) use the digital products you purchase from this site. Please read carefully to ensure you’re using your product within the permitted license.


✅ What You're Allowed to Do

For products marked with Master Resell Rights (MRR):

  • You may resell the product as-is or customized.

  • You may rebrand the product (change the title, fonts, colors, logos, etc.).

  • You may keep 100% of the profits from your sales.

  • You may include the product in a paid bundle or membership.

  • You may use the content to grow your own business or audience.

For products marked with Private Label Rights (PLR):

  • You may do all of the above, plus:

  • You may edit the content itself (e.g. rewrite text, update sections).

  • You may claim authorship after editing and make it your own branded product.

For products marked Personal Use Only:

  • You may use the product for your own learning, marketing, or content creation.

  • You may not resell, share, or distribute the product in any way.


🚫 What You're Not Allowed to Do

  • You may not sell or share the Canva template links or prompt documents as-is if marked “Personal Use Only.”

  • You may not offer the product for free or list it on freebie sites or file-sharing platforms.

  • You may not use the CocoMocha branding (logos, name, or product images) in your resell listings.


📝 Notes on Editing

If your product includes editable files (e.g. Canva templates), you’ll receive a direct link after purchase. You do not need a paid Canva account to customize these. Products that are not editable will be clearly marked in the Quick Details section on the product page.


📦 Delivery Info

All products are delivered instantly via email after checkout. You’ll receive a download link and access instructions right away — no waiting.
