The Beginning – How it all Started

Over the past 18 years, I have been on an entrepreneurial journey that has shaped not only my businesses but also my personal values and purpose. From the humblest beginnings to exciting transformations, my story is one of growth and resilience. I discovered a passion for helping others and a knack for turning dreams into reality. It all began with my beauty salon—a modest venture that grew into a bustling, successful business. Starting in my dining room, I quickly moved into a converted garage and then to a commercial premise, building a loyal clientele and leading a team of staff I cherished. Over a decade, the salon became more than just a workplace; it was a haven for deep connections, shared stories, laughter, and tears. Clients became friends and every appointment was a shared celebration of life’s highs and lows. Managing the salon was thrilling—a fast-paced environment where I juggled multiple tasks and maintained a constant waiting list. But eventually, some personal challenges combined with the relentless long hours and emotional investment led to burnout. I knew my clients deserved my best, and when I could no longer give 110%, I made the difficult decision to sell the salon so they could continue to receive the quality service they deserved.

During my salon years, I launched an e-commerce store to fill a gap in the market by importing products I needed for my salon. What started as a side hustle grew into the largest supplier of its kind in my country. While I loved the flexibility and creativity of running an online store, managing physical inventory, packing orders, and daily post office trips became increasingly tedious as the business expanded. I realized I loved every aspect of the business—except dealing with physical products. This realization became the catalyst for a new chapter: transitioning to a business built entirely on digital inventory.

The Story Behind the Name

When it came time to name my new venture, I wanted something deeply personal and meaningful. CocoMocha Digital Media is named after my two Chocolate Burmese cats, Coco and Mocha. As having children was not meant to be for me, these two beautiful souls are more than just pets—they are family. Their loving, affectionate nature and the joy they bring to my life every day inspire me to pour the same warmth and care into everything I do. Coco and Mocha symbolize connection, happiness, and love—all values at the heart of my business.

The Transition to a Digital Business

Today, I run a digital business offering done-for-you digital media templates and courses with PLR (Private Label Rights) and MRR (Master Resell Rights) licenses. My products stand out for their exceptional quality—designed to eliminate the common issues I encountered when purchasing similar resources, such as spelling errors and flawed AI images. My commitment to excellence ensures my customers receive polished, professional tools they can trust.

But this business is about more than just products; it’s about possibility. I know from experience that building a successful, faceless brand is entirely achievable. When I ran my e-commerce store, I was often told, “You need to show your face to connect with your customers.” That never felt right to me.
