User Obligations for Master Resell Rights (MRR) Products

By purchasing and using Master Resell Rights (MRR) products from CocoMocha Digital Media, you agree to comply with the following obligations and responsibilities. These guidelines ensure the integrity of the products and their proper use within the MRR framework.

1. Understanding Your License

• MRR grants you the right to resell the product to others under the terms specified in the product license.
• You are not permitted to claim ownership of the intellectual property or copyright of the product.
• You must not misrepresent the product as your own creation unless explicitly allowed by the product's terms.

2. Resale Integrity

• You may sell the product "as is" or rebrand it if the license allows. However, any changes or modifications must comply with the license terms.
• The product may not be sold for less than the minimum price, if one is specified.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your buyers understand their rights and restrictions regarding the product.

3. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Distribute the product for free, except where explicitly allowed.
• Use the product for unlawful or unethical purposes.
• Sell the product in a way that violates intellectual property laws or infringes on the rights of CocoMocha Digital Media or third parties.
• Sell the product on platforms or marketplaces where MRR products are prohibited (e.g., certain e-commerce sites or platforms).

4. Product Distribution

• Ensure that digital files are secure and not vulnerable to unauthorized access or piracy.
• Provide accurate and complete product descriptions to your customers, including any relevant disclaimers.

5. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring your use and resale of MRR products comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws, including tax and copyright regulations.

6. Accountability

• Any breach of these obligations may result in the termination of your license or legal action.
• CocoMocha Digital Media reserves the right to revoke your license if you fail to adhere to these responsibilities.
